The whistleblower of Facebook, Frances Haugen in a new interview has taken aim at the Meta and suggested that Meta’s Metaverse will probably repeat the past mistakes they had done with Facebook. The company has made drastic promises about the new metaverse and assured about the safety and security of the users but they will probably make the same mistakes that you have seen in Facebook.
Haugen had leaked thousands of documents in the year 2021 to the Securities and Exchange Commission and The Wall Street Journal. Her company has left her with concern about privacy and letting other corporations collect their user data. With metaverse people will have more sensors in their homes and the company will keep on spying on them more.
