The first customer service center of Binance will be launched in Turkey

Binance has made an announcement of launching its first customer service center in Turkey. The company has chosen the country as its pilot country for its service because it had established a local entity in the same country approximately two years ago.

Another reason for the company to pick Turkey is because of the high volume of traffic they are getting from the country. Through its own app, the exchange platform will provide Turkish customers with 24*7 customer service. If the pilot test becomes successful, the company will extend its customer service support worldwide. At the Paris Blockchain Week Summit, the CEO of Binance, Changpeng Zhao, stated that the company is planning to expand its customer support from text messaging to phone calls.

The goal of this new feature is to end the fraud cases before their initiation. With this new customer service protocol, the application would be used to start the conversation, and if required, the customer service executive would accept the call.
